Announcing our NEW summer Day Care Program for ages K3 to 4th Grade

Summer Program

Heritage Christian School is excited to start our summer program for ages K3 to 4th grade. It will be a 5-day program, from 7am to 5pm. You will have the optionto pick how many days you would send your child. The cost is $35.00 per day. We are asking that you fill out the attached paper and send back in to the Early EdDirector. Please sign up for how many days, that your child will attend a week. It will also be required to pay for the days you chose your child will attend, whetherthey are here or not. However, if you give a 2 week notice of the week you are going on vacation, we will not charge you for that week. This year we are implementing that you only get one week or 5 consecutive days of vacation time, of not having to pay.Start date is June 2nd through Aug 1st .We are asking that payments be paid on Mondays; of each week. For those that chose to pay weekly.For those that choose to pay monthly will need to pay at the beginning of the month.You can pay by check, cash or through Facts.For every day you are late with your payment, there will be a 10% charge added to your bill for each day. If your bill has not been paid, we will inform you, your childcan not return until it is paid in full.For the Summer Program, staff children will not be free. There will be a charge for them as well. There will be a multiple family discount.Breakfast, and PM Snack will be provided. We are asking that you send a packed lunch with your child, each day they are here.Please send in rest time items: crib sheet, nap sack or sleeping bag, and pillow (if your child would like one) (ages 3-6 will have a rest time) Each child will also need gym shoes (Velcro shoes If possible), water bottle with first and last name on it and a change of extra clothing for any accidents or spills that might happen.
